There is no statutory requirement for Special Districts to produce document packages of information for real estate sale transactions such as homeowner’s associations, however, as a service to the community and other interested parties, here you will find various documents for the Special Districts and Sub Districts within the Town Center Metropolitan District and Ebert Metropolitan District, aka Green Valley Ranch North, as provided to our firm.
