To protect our firm’s AAMC® designation, the professional credentials of our community association managers (CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®), as well as the integrity our clients, it is our policy to comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing our operations and to conduct our business affairs in keeping with the moral, legal and ethical standards of our industry. We will not consider involvement with any vendor or business partner who participates in any perceived fraudulent or kickback programs within our industry whether it be with another management company, subcontractor, vendor, association, etc. Additionally, we will never charge a business partner any kind of fee in order for them to have access to serve the clients in our portfolio.

Because excellence in community association management is a hallmark of our company, we make a great effort to ensure that the vendors with whom we work are superior; it is through this process and review that we designate our approved vendors. However, we understand that from time to time, our client communities and their Boards of Directors may wish to utilize vendors which have not undergone our vetting process. This desire can be accommodated, but still requires the minimum standards of care, including verification of insurance and providing a valid W9 Form.
